National Account Manager

Dovetail Recruitment Ltd is pleased to be working with a trend-focused, commercial product business seeking a National Account Executive to join their team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shadow experienced account managers, learning the process of client management, project management, and product development. As you grow with the business, you'll take on a portfolio of select clients with full autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:- Shadow account managers to understand client management, project management, and product development processes
- Collaborate with the new product development team to bring product ideas to life for clients
- Manage products with accounts, ensuring feedback and visibility is maintained
- Work alongside a pre-set sales strategy to achieve budgets
- Analyse customer KPIs and targets, and review performance
- Share ideas with the wider teams
- Previous experience in B2B sales or account management/executive position within a product industry
- Understanding of product costs, margins, or the buying process desirable
- Able to work autonomously while seeking help when needed
- Proactive and keen to learn
