National Account Executive Job Opportunity

Dovetail Recruitment Ltd is pleased to be working with a trend-focused, commercial product business seeking a National Account Executive to join their team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shadow experienced account managers, learning the process of client management, project management, and product development. As you grow with the business, you'll take on a portfolio of select clients with full autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shadow account managers to understand client management, project management, and product development processes
  • Collaborate with the new product development team to bring product ideas to life for clients
  • Manage products with accounts, ensuring feedback and visibility is maintained
  • Work alongside a pre-set sales strategy to achieve budgets
  • Analyse customer KPIs and targets, and review performance
  • Share ideas with the wider teams
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or account management/executive position within a product industry
  • Understanding of product costs, margins, or the buying process desirable
  • Able to work autonomously while speaking up when needing help
  • Proactive and keen to learn

This National Account Executive role would suit someone who has made a start in their sales career within a product industry. The right person will be keen to grow and learn within the position.
