Sales Manager Position Overview:

Halsen Solutions is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations. This role is essential in driving revenue and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to enhance revenue.
  • Organize and maintain a professional sales environment with appropriate signage and displays.
  • Develop and implement impactful marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Assist customers throughout the buying journey, offering in-depth product insights.
  • Coordinate logistics for deliveries and conduct on-site evaluations.
  • Oversee inventory management, customer accounts, and financial documentation.
  • Ensure the display area is well-maintained and visually appealing.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of customer service and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in sales and management is preferred.
  • A valid State Driver's License is necessary.
  • Forklift certification is advantageous.
  • Experience in carpentry or construction is preferred.

Essential Skills:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-driven and responsible.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule: Standard hours are Monday to Friday, with partial hours on Saturday, and closed on Sundays.
