About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Worker to join our team at Care Resolution Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Care Assessment and Planning
  • Assist with Care Coordination
  • Supervision and Appraisal of Junior Staff
  • Quality Assurance (Auditing of Care Records)
  • Light administrative duties
  • Personal care requirements like showering, incontinence needs, or getting ready for the day
  • Support with medication
  • Outings, activities, errands
  • Grocery shopping and meal preparation
  • Light household cleaning and domestic assistance

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with a full driving licence, with access to their own vehicle. However, if you are comfortable on public transport and don't mind a bit of travel throughout the day, please still get in touch.
