About Our Client

Our client is a young girl residing with her caring family. She requires assistance with her complex care requirements during the night.

During the night, you will be responsible for her personal care, repositioning, addressing her clinical care needs as necessary, and creating a tranquil environment to facilitate a restful sleep.

Understanding her communication methods and recognizing her needs is crucial, as she is non-verbal and expresses herself through facial cues and body language. Patience and empathy are essential traits for this position.

This role is personally fulfilling, allowing you to enhance your clinical skills and experience while providing exceptional care and support to our client, making a significant difference in her daily life.

Our client has specifically requested female staff members for their team.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 months' experience in care or childcare
  • Proficiency in Medication Administration
  • Experience in Personal Care
  • Knowledge of Moving and Handling techniques

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Brain Injuries
  • Awareness of Epilepsy
  • Knowledge of PEG Feeding
  • Skills in Oral Suctioning

Available Shifts:

  • Part-Time Night Shifts
  • 10 PM – 8 AM
  • 2 Shifts Weekly
  • Availability for alternate weekends is required

Compensation Details

Weeknight Rate: £13.00 per hour (Approx. £130 for a 10-hour shift)

Saturday Rate: £13.50 per hour (Approx. £135 for a 10-hour shift)

Sunday Rate: £13.50 per hour (Approx. £135 for a 10-hour shift)

Bank Holiday Rate: £15.00 per hour (Approx. £150 for a 10-hour shift)
