Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitality Operations Supervisor to enhance our team at a prestigious contract. The ideal candidate will excel in maximizing team performance and commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the team consistently delivers exceptional customer service.

- Monitor daily standards set by the hospitality team and communicate necessary information and training.

- Prepare rooms according to specifications and ensure readiness for service.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef regarding service matters.
- Handle equipment and cleaning materials responsibly to minimize waste.
- Complete all cleaning duties as per the weekly schedule.
- Maintain accurate Food Safety records.
- Address customer requests promptly.
- Adhere to environmental policies and procedures.

- Proven experience in a similar role.
