Your Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing them with a warm and welcoming experience. You will work closely with our management team and other staff members to deliver exceptional service and ensure that our customers have a great time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer feels valued and satisfied
  • Work closely with the management team and other staff members to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives
  • Adapt your style and approach to meet the needs of different customers, whether they are looking for a quiet coffee or a lively celebration
  • Work 14 great shifts per week, ensuring that every customer has a great experience
