About the Role
As a Butler, you will be responsible for ensuring the warmth and magic of the Estelle brand is carried throughout our private Houses and across the Estate. You will review the entire guest journey from pre-arrival to post-visit, ensuring all personal touches are added, along with any additional requests and elevation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
- Review and enhance the guest journey from pre-arrival to post-visit

- Elevate the guest experience through personalized service
Requirements
- Previous service experience within luxury yachts, hospitality brands, or private estates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management, and being front of house
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience
- Aged over 25 with a full UK driving license
Compensation
Earnings for this role are bracketed between £35,000 to £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus inclusion in our bedroom service charge scheme.
