About the Role
As a Butler, you will be the embodiment of the Estelle brand, ensuring the warmth and magic of our luxury estate is carried throughout our private Houses and across the Estate. You will review the entire guest journey from pre-arrival to post-visit, adding personal touches and elevating the experience for every member.
Requirements
- A charismatic person who is confident and collaborative, with pride in their work
- Previous service experience within luxury yachts, hospitality brands, or private estates
- Ideally, aged over 25 with a full UK driving license
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management, and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
Compensation
Earnings for this role are bracketed between £35,000 to £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus inclusion in our bedroom service charge scheme.
