Job Summary:

The Stephen James Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Lawyer to join our team. As a Senior Regulatory Lawyer, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in the sports industry with their regulatory needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Legal and Director in managing high-profile matters
  • Work autonomously on various projects, including arbitration and dispute management
  • Advise the wider business on financial rules and regulations
  • Ensure compliance with changes of control, new investments, and director appointments
  • Stay up-to-date with domestic and international sports regulations

Requirements:

  • Trained at a recognized City Law firm
  • Experience in white-collar crime investigations, general litigation, or arbitration
  • Competition or banking experience is a bonus
