Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a sales coordinator to join a leading cleaning and support company, Revolution Support Services. The company has experienced significant growth in recent years and is now looking to expand its operations and move into new areas.
Working from the company's Head Office, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's CRM database and contacting potential clients directly. The role will also involve field work, attending trade shows and site visits to clients across the East Midlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the company's customer base
- Manage the CRM database and record sales data and customer interactions
- Arrange appointments for the sales manager and manage schedules and follow-ups
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment and be self-motivated
Working Arrangements
The role is part-time, working Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm, with a 25-hour working week. The company offers a competitive salary, company pension, sales commission, and the opportunity to work flexible hours in a supportive and relaxed environment.
Education and Experience
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
