Job Overview

Bodyshop Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Canterbury

Salary: £52,000 Plus Bonus

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm, no Saturdays

We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Estimator to join our client's reputable site in the Canterbury area. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting damage on vehicles, estimating repair costs, and communicating with clients and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspecting damage on vehicles to assess repair costs and timescales
  • Estimating damage and inputting workflow onto systems (including Audatex)
  • Liaising with clients and insurance companies to explain repair requirements and costs
  • Reviewing ongoing jobs and identifying issues
  • Working closely with warranty and insurance paperwork
Requirements
  • At least 1 year's experience as a Bodyshop Estimator
  • ATA VDA (Vehicle Damage Assessor) Estimator accreditation (ideally)
  • Professional and confident character with strong customer service skills
