About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our client's reputable site in the Canterbury area. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assessing and estimating vehicle damage, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage to determine extent of repairs
  • Estimate costs of repairs and negotiate with clients and insurance companies
  • Collaborate with bodyshop technicians to ensure timely and high-quality repairs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of assessments and repairs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bodyshop Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
