Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor (Late Shift)

Reports to: Senior Operations Manager

Depot: LWC Drinks Warehouse


Main Duties:


  • Be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring that all delivery requirements for the depot are successfully met.
  • Monitor the quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods, while being responsible for maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
