Warehouse Operations Manager

Mploy Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Pick and pack customer orders to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Load and unload goods, maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment
- Monitor and analyze productivity levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve targets
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders via email and phone, providing excellent customer service
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure operational plan is achieved
- Train and develop warehouse colleagues, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Enter data into our Warehouse Management System, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Lead and delegate tasks within the team, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment
- Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a good understanding of Warehouse Management Systems and processes
- An organized and methodical approach to work, with attention to detail and ability to complete repetitive tasks to a high standard
- Able to create and follow warehouse processes and procedures, with a strong focus on efficiency and productivity
- Strong organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Able to maintain an awareness of their working environment and work to Health and Safety standards
- Experience with a recognized WMS (Manhattan, Infor, SAP)
