Assistant Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Assistant Finance Business Partner to join our team at one2one Recruitment Ltd.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with Finance Managers across the UK to achieve business goals. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide financial advice and support to non-finance colleagues, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements and financial system enhancements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Business partnering with Finance Managers to drive business growth and achieve financial objectives.
  • Offering financial guidance and training to colleagues, ensuring they have the necessary skills to make informed decisions.
  • Developing and implementing financial projects from start to completion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Overseeing and supervising the credit control and purchase ledger functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

We are looking for a positive, proactive individual with excellent regulatory knowledge, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are a part- or fully qualified Accountant with a keen eye for detail and a passion for making a difference, we would love to hear from you.
