We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Commercial Finance Leader to join our team at JSS Search. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability, ensuring alignment with our company's overall goals and objectives.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, and provide regular financial reporting and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial business partners, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their financial needs and provide strategic guidance to drive business growth and profitability.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and drive growth.
- Cost Management: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to drive profitability and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Qualified CIMA, ACCA, or ACA accountant with substantial years of experience in industry.
- Experience: Proven experience in commercial finance within a retail or FMCG business setting, with a strong track record of driving growth and profitability.
- Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of financial business partners.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £110,000 basic salary, with a car allowance or electric car scheme.
