About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Chef de Rang to join our prestigious team at a renowned luxury 5-star hotel. As a key member of our fine dining restaurant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our discerning guests, ensuring an impeccable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist in the smooth operation of the restaurant floor, maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with the Head Waiter and Sommelier to ensure seamless service during shifts.
  • Take guest orders, make informed menu recommendations, and handle any food and beverage queries.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with special requests.
  • Support the training and development of junior team members.
  • Uphold the luxury standards of a 5-star environment in all aspects of guest interaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Rang in fine dining or Rosette-awarded establishments is preferred.
  • A passion for delivering luxury guest experiences and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
