About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Service Manager to develop a specialist Supported Living Service for adults with autism and associated conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a person-centered approach to support individuals with autism, promoting independence and community integration.
- Lead a team of professionals in providing high-quality care and support, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve service delivery and outcomes.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the quality and safety of care, making recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including healthcare providers and community organizations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Registered Manager with at least five years' experience of working and managing a similar service.
- Exceptional track record with the Care Quality Commission as a Registered Manager.
- Strong knowledge of autism and associated conditions, including Positive Behaviour Support principles and practice.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to promote confidence within the team and with external stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively, with a commitment to shaping outstanding practice.
