Application Support Specialist

Job Summary:

Pioneer Search is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join a leading global insurance company as an early member of their new team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting and maintaining Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Customer Service, with a broad understanding of the Dynamics 365 suite of tools and their integration across other applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance services for the company's D365 services
  • Support the implementation and configuration of new applications and features
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve application performance
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting and maintaining Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Customer Service
  • Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 suite of tools and their integration across other applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
