NRS Healthcare is seeking a new Customer Service Advisor to join our supportive team, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our Wheelchair Services users.

We are in search of enthusiastic individuals who can contribute to our mission of improving the quality of life and independence for our clients daily. Our services empower individuals to remain in their homes, minimizing unnecessary hospital stays and allowing healthcare providers to focus on essential care.

Your Impact:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in the effectiveness of our service. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the delivery and collection of equipment, as well as responding to incoming inquiries from service users and healthcare professionals. Your role will be diverse and engaging.

You will need to possess an outstanding telephone demeanor, the ability to empathize with our clients, and a systematic approach to your tasks, ensuring that all duties are completed efficiently. With strong organizational skills, you will be accustomed to entering and updating information in our systems according to established procedures.

Collaboration:

In addition to assisting service users, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

This position requires proficient computer skills and prior experience in customer service environments.
