- Oversee reception operations with precision, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and efficient management of member queries.
- Drive retail sales performance and exceed targets by promoting Gymbox's unique classes, premium equipment, and services.
- Act as a passionate ambassador for Gymbox, embodying the company's values and mission.
- Experience in team leadership and customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and can-do attitude.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
- A competitive starting salary of £25,500.00 per year, with an increase to £27,000.00 upon completion of Reception Manager training.
