About the Role

PerryGolf is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team of Golf Travel Experts. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and coordination of custom, small group, and cruise itineraries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare custom tour itineraries using company software
  • Arrange client invoices and final travel documents
  • Coordinate dining reservations, caddies, and other special requests
  • Gather international air travel information from clients
  • Collate client notes and arrival & departure information for PerryGolf field staff
  • Manage waitlist enquiries
Desirable Experience and Traits
  • Knowledge of and/or interest in golf and travel considered a plus but not required
  • Experience working in office administration and following procedures
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office365 suite of products (Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook in particular)
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to work independently, and collaboratively as part of a team
