Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Rail Engineering Lead to join our esteemed Rail division. This role is crucial in overseeing the Engineering & Design Strategy and Performance of Temporary Works within our projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that the design and engineering of temporary works adhere to industry standards and company protocols.
- Provide management, guidance, and leadership throughout the Engineering and Design process, facilitating effective Temporary Works management from identification through to implementation.
- Monitor and evaluate engineering and supplier performance in Temporary Works across the division.
- Track performance metrics including Safety, Compliance, Cost, and Time, and develop plans for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Relevant Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in rail design and construction management.
- Experience managing high-value multidisciplinary rail contracts.
- Previous role as a CEM on large-scale multidisciplinary rail projects.
- Ideally possess MICE or MCIOB qualifications, complemented by a robust engineering background.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and manage high-performing engineering teams within a matrix organization, focusing on the development of engineers.
- Established network and strong reputation within the industry.
