E-commerce Trading Manager

Are you a seasoned digital commerce professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for driving business growth through data-driven decision making? We're seeking an experienced E-Commerce Trading Manager to join our team at Dyson GmbH.
About the RoleThe E-Commerce Trading Manager will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction of our digital business. This involves managing, administering, and optimizing the performance of our UK Dyson website and Dyson Outlet Stores from a technical, commercial, and experiential perspective. The ideal candidate will have a high level of digital and commercial acumen, as well as strong leadership and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Trading:
- Collaborate with the Head of Ecommerce to develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies.
- Work with trading managers and senior analysts to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Responsible for campaign performance and incremental units driven by optimizations, A/B tests, and enhancements.
- Monitor out-of-stock and site search reports to ensure site health. - Collaboration:
- Align site performance and content with the media strategy, working closely with the Digital Media team to understand key drivers and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop a seamless customer journey by working with group and regional teams, as well as local teams. - Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of merchandising strategies and campaigns across GB&I.
- Use data from Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Medallia to identify opportunities and risks, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional development and skill enhancement. - Project management skills, able to organize priorities and work efficiently to deadlines.
- Previous experience in digital and e-commerce, preferably in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills beneficial.
