We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our team at Frasers Group. As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Business Partner and providing proactive support on employee relations issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide generalist support to employees on company policies and procedures, as well as employment legislation.
  • Support Managers in their people management responsibilities, including coaching and upskilling.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.
  • Support with redundancy consultation processes and TUPE.
  • Proactively deal with absence management, monitoring KPIs and trends to propose preventive measures.
  • Assist the team in supporting departments/teams through organisational change.
  • Maintain employment legislation knowledge to provide sound guidance and expertise to management.
  • Work with the Management team to drive performance on key people metrics.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in a similar ER/HR role.
  • Experience of handling ER cases, including disciplinary and grievance, appeals, absence management, and redundancy.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation, including GDPR.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Resilient, flexible, assertive, and confident in approach.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy and varied workload.
  • Excellent stakeholder, people, and change management skills.
  • Good analytical and systems skills.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Problem-solving ability in a fast-paced business.
