Commercial and Contracts Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Contracts Manager to join our team at MBDA. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for the full Route to Contract, including bidding, contract negotiations, and contract delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the bidding process, ensuring cross-functional working to deliver costs in time and generating proposals.
- Negotiate and draft bespoke contract terms and conditions, maintaining the viability of MBDA.
- Deliver contracts, ensuring MBDA meets its promises to customers, including contract amendments and reviewing contract deliverables.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, focusing on collaboration.
- Provide effective people management and development, reporting to senior management on contract progress.
- Represent the commercial team in progress/reviews and/or customer meetings, analyzing and problem-solving complex issues.
