Job Title: Commercial and Contracts Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Contracts Manager to join our team at MBDA UK Ltd. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for the full Route to Contract, including bidding, contract negotiations, and contract delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the bidding process, ensuring cross-functional working to deliver costs in time and generating proposals.
  • Negotiate and draft bespoke contract terms and conditions, maintaining the viability of MBDA.
  • Deliver contract amendments, review contract deliverables, and agree acceptance criteria.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, focusing on collaboration.
  • Provide effective people management and development.
  • Report to senior management on contract progress.
  • Represent the commercial team in progress reviews and customer meetings.
  • Analyse and problem-solve complex issues with a multi-functional team.
