Commercial and Contracts Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full Route to Contract, including bidding process, cost management, proposal generation, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure contract delivery, including amendments, review, and acceptance criteria.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, focusing on collaboration.
- Provide effective people management and development.
- Report to senior management on contract progress.
- Represent the commercial team in progress/reviews and customer meetings.
