Overview of the Position:

Communication and Influence: Collaborate with various stakeholders to effectively inspire, nurture, and motivate youth, promoting positive behavioral development. This role also involves guiding our team, which includes Education Engagement Practitioners, volunteers, and students.

Advocacy and Awareness: Actively participate in relevant workshops, seminars, and networking opportunities to enhance the visibility and reputation of Change Grow Live.

Analytical Problem Solving: Address challenges by carefully evaluating the most suitable procedures or precedents, utilizing refined analytical skills to interpret practices, ensuring that issues are resolved thoughtfully and effectively.

Performance Management: Assume operational responsibilities to guarantee compliance with contractual obligations and achieve performance benchmarks, continuously striving for excellence.

Leadership of Staff, Students & Volunteers: Provide empathetic leadership in the recruitment, onboarding, supervision, development, and support of team members, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.

Resource Allocation: Oversee budgetary expenditures for staff, students, and volunteers, adhering to financial regulations, and ensuring judicious use of resources.

Volunteer Coordination: Manage the recruitment and supervision of volunteers in line with organizational policies, offering guidance and support to foster an inclusive and welcoming environment.

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience working with at-risk youth, successfully delivering Education, Training, and Employment (ETE) initiatives, achieving targets, and supporting effective participation strategies. Possession of a relevant qualification in Guidance, Criminal Justice, or Education. Familiarity with legislation pertaining to the criminal justice system. Strong ability to communicate and influence across all levels. Capacity to resolve issues through analytical assessment of organizational practices. Experience in developing teams and individuals to enhance overall performance. Ability to function as an effective and reflective practitioner. A strong commitment to safeguarding vulnerable populations. A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
