About the Role

Oaklands Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Executive to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for team members and clients.
  • Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Greet clients in person and over the phone, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist with seating arrangements, food service, and other logistical tasks to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Relay orders to the team and ensure timely execution, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized terminal, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Assist with event-related tasks, maintenance, and other duties as required.
  • Escort passengers and crew to and from aircraft, ensuring a safe and efficient experience.
  • Collaborate with third-party partners to deliver outstanding service and exceed client expectations.
  • Follow documented procedures and retain evidence of performance, maintaining high standards of accountability and integrity.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in aviation, airline, hotel, or hospitality, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Knowledge of another language is a plus, but not required.
  • High school education or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent customer service abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including MS Office and database management.
  • Professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
  • Full driving license and right to work in the UK.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High energy level, with a strong focus on delivering results and exceeding client expectations.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Strong client interaction experience, with a focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
