Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

Brandon James Ltd, a Kent-based construction consultancy, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing construction costs and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction costs and develop cost plans for projects
  • Conduct site visits and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential cost risks
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide cost advice and guidance to project teams
Requirements:
  • Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS-accredited degree
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in quantity surveying or a related field
  • Experience working in a PQS or consultancy environment
  • Committed to achieving MRICS status
  • Good pre-contract knowledge and a driving license
