Construction Cost Manager

Brandon James Ltd, a Kent-based construction consultancy, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing construction costs and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage construction costs and develop cost plans for projects
- Conduct site visits and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential cost risks
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide cost advice and guidance to project teams
- Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS-accredited degree
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in quantity surveying or a related field
- Experience working in a PQS or consultancy environment
- Committed to achieving MRICS status
- Good pre-contract knowledge and a driving license
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000
