Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, including cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to clients and management, highlighting project progress, costs, and any potential risks.
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement cost-saving strategies and optimize project profitability.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and other construction software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
