About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Manager to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our Marketing, Sales and Clients team, you will play a critical role in providing actionable insights to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the professional services industry.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our core markets, including private equity, TMT, Retail, and public companies.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and implement research projects that meet business objectives.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including research providers and CRM systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and innovations, and contribute ideas to help BDO UK stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing or research-related fields, with a strong understanding of professional services and business development.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets and extract key insights.
  • Strong written and communication skills, with the ability to present data findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and data products such as FAME, ORBIS, Factiva, mergermarket, and IBISWorld.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder management.
