Zachary Daniels is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in a leading accessories retailer. As Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and profitability in store, while delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the store manager in motivating the in-store team to achieve sales targets and exceed KPIs
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability in store, while maintaining a strong retail floor presence
  • Train and develop team members to unlock their full potential and support their succession
  • Work closely with the regional sales manager to understand local and global business strategy and translate it into store, regional, and division KPIs
  • Use data to identify trends, issues, and root causes, and take action to deliver when such opportunities are identified
  • Establish and coach a high-performing team through strong communication skills and adaptability
