About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Pastoral Support Manager to join our team at Wave Multi Academy Trust. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective pastoral support strategies to promote student well-being and academic success.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to provide a comprehensive support network for students.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and provide targeted support to students who require additional help.
  • Work closely with parents and carers to ensure a consistent approach to student support.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to student welfare and support.

About the Academy

Stansfield Academy is an Alternative Provision setting providing full-time education for children from 4-16 years of age. We take a 'whole family' approach, focusing on the strengths and difficulties of the whole family and supporting parents to recognize the importance of their children's cognitive development, as well as instilling values, aspirations, and support for the development of wider interpersonal and social skills.
