Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure health and safety considerations are integrated into project planning and delivery.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on health and safety matters.
- Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics to inform business decisions and improve outcomes.
- NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager in a construction or engineering environment.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation, including CDM 2015 and ISO standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
