Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Manage Candidate Pipelines: Create and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to meet the business's needs.
  • Candidate Communication: Effectively communicate with candidates via various channels to ensure smooth registration and onboarding.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Develop professional working relationships with candidates, providing necessary information and support to enhance their experience.
  • Compliance and Administration: Verify and upload candidate documentation, maintain accurate records, and work with the compliance team to ensure all candidates meet relevant framework agreement standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve weekly and daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Client Management: Develop a good understanding of clients, their teams, and work culture to effectively support their resourcing needs.
  • Advertising and Sourcing: Assist in drafting and placing job adverts, using candidate databases to find suitable candidates, and conducting targeted searches.
  • Application Review and Interview Coordination: Review applications, prepare CVs and correspondence, and organize interviews for candidates.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, maintain administrative systems, and keep well-organized files and records of business activity.
Requirements
  • Driving License and Own Transport: Must have a valid driving license and own transport.
  • Desired Skills: Be organized, work well under pressure, possess excellent verbal communication skills, and have good people skills.
