We're looking for a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant who is passionate about providing a professional service and contribute to our continued growth. You must have drive and desire to succeed

Our branch in Cambridge is a long-established branch with Consultants boasting over 15 years’ experience. You would be working with some of the best the local area has to offer

Whats on Offer?
- Basic Salary is up to £35K PA depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, follow up and convert leads to generate new business
- Have excellent negotiation skills to increase revenue
- Be a relationship builder to strengthen lasting client relationships
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Meeting weekly and monthly KPI's
- Posting jobs ads, CV screening

Skills/Experience Required:

- Previous recruitment agency recruitment experience and a real hunger to succeed in sales (either as a 360 consultant or in business development role)
- Have proven ability in developing new business, growing relationships with existing clients, networking, and winning business
- The ambition to drive the business upwards in a positive manner - be results orientated
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
