Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a strong client base through proactive business development and relationship-building.
- Conduct phone-based sales calls to grow your desk and expand your network.
- Attend client meetings to convert non-users into active clients and drive business growth.
- Source and interview candidates to meet the needs of our clients.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and adhere to audit and compliance requirements.
- Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or sales is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a motivated team.
- Proactive and driven, with a commitment to achieving targets.
- Ethical approach to recruitment with a focus on quality and compliance.
