Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant

Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking for a challenging role in recruitment? We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Huntress, a leading recruitment agency established in 2000.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and communicative Senior Recruitment Consultant to work with our clients and candidates to fill various roles in Office Support and Accounts & Finance positions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in recruitment and sales, with a strong ability to build relationships and prioritize workload effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise with candidates daily to discuss their job requirements and screen for potential opportunities
  2. Business development sales to build and grow a desk strategically
  3. Weekly client visits with new prospects to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  4. Arrange candidate interviews for temporary and permanent roles
  5. Gain and follow up vacancy leads from new and existing clients
  6. Work closely with our delivery consultants for candidate sourcing
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience within recruitment and sales
  2. Confident and professional communication skills
  3. Ability to prioritize workload effectively to meet changing deadlines
  4. Highly organized
  5. Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  6. Ability to build strong working relationships
