Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Huntress. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent in various roles across Office Support and Accounts & Finance positions.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with candidates daily to discuss their job requirements and screen for potential opportunities
- Develop and execute business development sales strategies to build and grow a desk strategically
- Conduct weekly client visits with new prospects to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Arrange candidate interviews for temporary and permanent roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients
- Source and follow up on vacancy leads from new and existing clients, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to drive results
- Collaborate closely with our delivery consultants to source top talent and deliver exceptional results
- Proven experience in recruitment and sales, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Ability to prioritize workload effectively, managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and flexible, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
