Nicholas Michael are a recruitment consultancy that specialise in the placement of professionals across both the private and public sectors within Construction. Our recruitment service is built around the ethos of working closely with our clients and job seekers in order to find the ideal match.

Our office is based Hazlewell Court, Lolworth, Cambridge, CB23 8DS (outskirts of Bar Hill).

**Responsibilities**:

- Placing multiple advertisements on different job platforms
- Responding to any queries applicants may have
- Registering new applicants on the database and making sure it remains up to date

Successful applicants must have the following:

- Previous administrative experience
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Team player
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Have experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Be fluent in English. Any language such as Romanian, Polish, Lithuanian, Albanian or other is a bonus
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Construction sector (preferable)
- Be confident on the telephone

You must have a clean UK Driver's License.

Progression:
Dependant on your goals, we can either progress you up to manage resourcers and admin staff, progress into HR as the company grows or develop into a sales based role to work towards being a Recruitment Consultant.

Salary £20,000 - £22,500 per annum (and 10% commission on any permanent placements you assist with). £2.50 - £3.50 per placement commission - can place up to 100+ placements a month.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Loyalty bonus
- Performance bonus
