Job Title:

Mobile HVAC Engineer

Job Summary:

ABM UK is seeking a skilled Mobile HVAC Engineer to join our team. As a Mobile HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering HVAC mechanical reactive services across the Transport for London contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Attend to fault assignments, diagnose, and repair in line with contractual SLA.
  2. Ensure suitable spares are available for allocated tasks.
  3. Maintain relevant site documentation.
  4. Prepare and use Method Statements and Risk Assessments for safe working practices.
  5. Develop a good working relationship with staff, subcontractors, and client representatives.
  6. Provide a safe and healthy working environment.
  7. Keep up-to-date plant logs.
  8. Keep plant rooms clean and tidy.
  9. Undertake lone working when required.
  10. Action and complete assigned tasks.
  11. Awareness and compliance to contractual KPI's/SLA's.
  12. Update CAFM system and close out Reactive tickets with accurate data.
  13. Perform other tasks as directed by the account management team.
Requirements:
  1. NVQ/City & Guilds Qualification in Refrigeration.
  2. CAT 1 F Gas qualification.
  3. Full UK Driving License.
  4. Ability to think clearly in extreme circumstances.
  5. Good experience in reactive works and Facilities Management.
