Van Mobile Mechanical HVAC Engineer

Job Summary:

PRS Recruitment Services is seeking a skilled Van Mobile Mechanical HVAC Engineer to join our team. As a Van Mobile Mechanical HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of critical sites in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Attend to fault assignments, diagnose, and repair in line with agreed contractual SLA.
  2. Complete breakdowns, compressor changes, water leaks, and HVAC maintenance plant.
  3. Prepare and use Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks to ensure safe working practices.
  4. Develop a good working relationship with staff, subcontractors, and client representatives.
  5. Undertake lone working when required, subject to passing satisfactory training.
  6. Keep the CAFM system up to date and close out reactive tickets with accurate data captured.

Requirements:

  1. City and Guilds NVQ Level 2-3 in Plumbing/Mechanical.
  2. Able to participate in a call-out rota.
  3. Hold a full UK driving license.
