Job Title: Mobile HVAC Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile HVAC Engineer to join our team at ABM UK. As a key member of our reactive services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HVAC mechanical services across the Transport for London contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that fault assignments are attended, diagnosed, and repaired in line with agreed contractual SLA.

• Ensure that suitable spares are available to complete allocated tasks.

• Maintain all relevant site documentation and ensure it is up-to-date.

• Prepare and use Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices.

• Develop a good working relationship with all members of staff, subcontractors, and client representatives.

• Ensure the provision of a safe and healthy working environment.

• Keep up-to-date plant logs and ensure all plant rooms are kept in a clean and tidy condition.

• Perform lone working when required, subject to passing satisfactory training.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Hold an NVQ/City & Guilds Qualification in Refrigeration.

• Hold a CAT 1 F Gas qualification.

• Hold a Full UK Driving License.

• Possess good experience in reactive works and a track record in working in Facilities Management.
