Job Title: Mobile HVAC/Building Services Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mobile HVAC/Building Services Engineer to provide operational support to our South East region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in air conditioning and chiller engineering, with experience in maintenance and service duties on VRF systems, CRAC units, and associated controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively deliver engineering tasks received, including maintenance and service visits to a variety of equipment.
  • Be part of out-of-hours work and standby rota.
  • Ensure that engineering tasks received are carried out professionally.
  • Responsible for the quality of each individual engineering task received in support of contract responsibilities.
  • Successfully completed a recognised training course in Refrigeration & air conditioning, or provides evidence of equivalent works.
Requirements:
  • Good base knowledge and experience of maintenance & service duties on VRF systems as well as medium to large tonnage chillers.
  • Proven knowledge of CRAC Units, Air conditioning Splits & Cassettes, VRV/VRF systems from all major manufacturers.
  • Knowledge on refrigeration scroll and screw compressors, large central plant chilled water systems from Carrier, York, McQuay, Climaveneta, Daikin, Trane, J&E Hall, GEA etc would also be advantageous but not essential.
