Job Title: Van Mobile HVAC Engineer

Location: London

Salary: Up to £51,000 + Overtime

Hours: Night Shift – 18:00pm - 6am (4 on 4 off rotation)

CV Library is currently recruiting for a Van Mobile Mechanical HVAC Engineer to look after a portfolio of critical sites across London. The successful candidate will be mechanically biased with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

You will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across this portfolio, working with the maintenance team on site. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, overtime, and the chance to progress your career.

Job Duties:
  • Ensure that fault assignments are attended, diagnosed and repaired in line with agreed contractual SLA
  • Complete breakdowns, compressor changes, water leaks, HVAC maintenance plant
  • Ensure that suitable spares are available to complete allocated tasks
  • Ensure that all relevant site documentation is held and maintained
  • Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are always prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices
  • Develop a good working relationship with all members of staff, subcontractors, and client representatives
  • Ensure up to date plant logs are always kept up to date
  • Ensure that all plant rooms under the responsibility of the organization are kept in a clean and tidy condition
  • Undertake lone working when and where required, subject to passing satisfactory training
  • Ensure awareness and compliance with contractual KPI's/SLA's
  • Ensure CAFM system is kept up to date and that reactive tickets are closed out with accurate data captured
Requirements:
  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 2-3 in Plumbing / Mechanical
  • Able to take part in call out rota
  • To hold a Full UK Driving License
