ROLE OBJECTIVE

The main objective of the Client Services Administrator is to assist the Bush & Co instructions team in nurturing and improving our relationships with customers, associates, clients, and internal teams. This dynamic role involves supporting the initiation of all new instructions and managing follow-up tasks throughout the litigation and settlement processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR

Ensure the precise 'initiation' of all new cases across Case Management & Expert Witness Services, confirming that accurate estimates are completed, special handling instructions are implemented, and that the instructions are received as initially agreed during the inquiry phase. Communicate with customers and associates regarding their specific requirements for new instruction processes. Identify suitable Experts for ongoing cases as necessary. Draft appointment letters on behalf of our consultants. Assist in managing Expert Witness trial schedules. Support any additional requests from solicitors/associates once formal instructions are received. Provide phone coverage for other business teams, ensuring all calls are transferred promptly. Guarantee that all correspondence is filed correctly to the appropriate case and processed efficiently. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills when interacting with both internal and external customers. Conduct thorough data cleansing tasks when required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Significant administrative experience coupled with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service both internally and externally. Outstanding organizational abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines. Proficient data management skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Dependable, diligent, and highly conscientious. Ability to perform under pressure while retaining and processing information effectively. Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
