About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Huddersfield store to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a busy and thriving store, delivering outstanding customer service, and building relationships with customers to fully understand their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of experienced sales advisors to meet daily sales goals and improve store performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability, and train and motivate staff to achieve their full potential.
  • Take pride in the appearance of the store, upholding excellent store conditions and visual merchandising standards, and ensure all deliveries are processed efficiently.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide recommendations and advice to customers, using product knowledge to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail management, ideally in a motorcycle retail environment.
  • Confidence, organization, and proactivity to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding customer service and effective management of the team.
  • Ability to work under pressure, resolve customer issues, and meet sales and profitability goals.
  • Full understanding of the English language and a reasonable level of computer literacy.
